About the Author
Keila Shaheen is the creator of Zenfulnote and the author of The Shadow Work Journal, which has sold over a million copies and gained viral acclaim on TikTok. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, Billboard, and The Atlantic.
Keila is a certified sound healer and behavioral therapy practitioner, having studied cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, energy psychology, and creative thinking. She founded Zenfulnote in 2021 to share innovative methods of inner healing beyond traditional therapy.
