Samhain Yoga Flow – Sydney Santoro

This yoga workshop is designed to bring comfort and peace to body and mind. Samhain dates before Halloween. It is the ending of one year and the beginning of a new one. During this time we mourn what we have lost but reap our blessings to come. This year nothing is limited to you. Move your body with purpose and strength. Our meditation will focus on things you are grateful for in this life, as well as the things within your reach.
