Yoga is meant to deepen our connection to ourselves and our world. This 60 minute practice will leave you wholly connected to yourself. Sydney is a RYT200 certified instructor who will welcome you in with burning incense to awaken our sense of smell. Opening meditation will continue as we take in our surroundings using sight and enjoy the sounds of a calming sound bowl. Optional tea will be provided to include our taste. The 45 gentle minute flow will include hands on assistance (if students are comfortable). Join us as we spend 60 minutes evolving, all levels of expertise welcome. Beginners included! Class will be pay what you can and bring your own mat.
