Movement Based Meditation – Late Class

Come join us as we bring yoga back to Dancing Moon!
Reserve your spot on March 13th, with an option for class at 1 pm or 2 pm, for this movement based meditation yoga class.
Sydney Santoro will gently guide you in a 1 hour hatha style class meant to connect students to their bodies and breathe. We will start class with a group meditation- where a mantra will be offered for your practice. Afterwards we will move our bodies through different asanas while continuing to emphasize on the breath and body connection. Holding poses for long pauses to deepen flexibility, strength, and focus.
If you are a person looking to tap into their bodies natural cycle and harness that energy, this is the class for you.
All levels of experience- in meditation or yoga, are encouraged and welcomed!
$15, BYOM (bring your own mat)
